Stocker for BHE Parker

Who would you use to stock a BHE? Please supply name, website address, phone number. I have not been able to find information for Doug Mann who would be at the top of my list. All help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I used to have Dougs address but I can't find it. I believe that he is pretty active on the Doublegun BBS (http://doublegunshop.com/forums/ubbt...Board=1&page=1.
