Teriyaki Sharptail

This is my familys favorate sharptail recipe, Great for a field lunch with frends.
Im not much for exact quantities so I have estimated

1 breast per person
slice meat in strips 2" X 1/2"
cut 1 Medium onion per 2 breasts
chop a couple of cellery stalks
marinate in your favorate teriyaki sauce overnight

strain of as much liquid as possable before cooking in a very hot pan with a little olive oil, do not over cook!
Only takes a couple of minuets
serve on a hamburger bun

Thanks Ken and every recipe poster. I think, over time, we will have a very nice collection of great ways to prepare our game birds.
Cheers,
Jack
