Where to stay at the Southern Fall SxS?

I hope I'm not to late making hotel reservations, but my calendar just got cleared to go. Any suggestions close by? Thanks

Ed,

Give Carl a call and see where he is staying. We stayed at the Comfort or Quality INN in Georgetown and it was great. I think he is going to stay there again. It is nice and big I doubt they are out of rooms.
