I agree with you someone is flipping the switch to early on the membership access areas.

I have also been shut off despite the renewal card stating Jan. 2018 as my date.
I believe Jan. 1st would have been a more correct date, not 3-weeks early without otherwise been given a heads-up.

The best way to avoid membership expiration issues is to buy a life membership.
