Old style top lever spring

Welcome any suggestions of source for old type top lever spring (for 1895 GH, number one frame). del Grego and Galazan negative at present.

Dixie Gun Works used to have them. They are pretty rough and need to be thinned down a little with a file, and otherwise adjusted for fit. I believe they still have them.

Thank you Jim, I will double check but believe my gunsmith has already checked with DGW with negative results. Regards, Bert

I purchased a Dixie spring and had it installed by Dewey Vicnair. It broke on the tenth opening of the gun. Vicnair then made a spring and it is as good as new. David
