That's just great Robin. I showed this to my two bird dogs and they agreed to not get upset IF I ever miss a bird then I won't get upset when they bump a bird. Sounds fair to me.:)

I love it,at least my setters are quite forgiving.

That verbiage is a bit too subtle for my dogs. A bit too politically correct. Their words probably should not be printed here. In fact, they do not have to say anything because their glare says it all.

I received that look on my first quail outing with my German shorthair right after he had been through training. It really puts the pressure on the shooter.

Nice, Robin. I got a couple of " are you kidding me looks" from Sam this year.

A friend of mine has a chance to purchase two parkers from a neighbor of his whose husband had just passed away. He sent me one picture of both guns (not too clear). They look like VHs, but I would like to be sure. The 12 ga. is #207515, and the 16 ga. is#181644. Thanks for any help.

neither is in the book- but this tread is an odd spot- you might want to get some detail - barrel length - frame size and condition along with some good pictures and post it in the general forum
