Serial no. check please
Would someone mind looking up this number. 242308 I need to quit this or get me a book don't I? Thanks
|
The serialization book ends at 241788, however it does state that number 242487 was where Remington figured to start serials for the new production of Remington-Parkers in 1988 of which just a few were built. Remington did put a few guns together after the war.
So I really don't know where this leaves you other than speculation. I doubt there is any info available anywhere. |
Thanks David. I just noticed that I had the number wrong so I changed it. The answer is still the same. I am amazed how great you Parker people are. Brings to mind childhood teaching. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. See there I can remember something.

Does anyone have this gun. I think it is a DH or higher grade. I may have a part for it.

Let's see...PGCA member letter, $40; non-PGCA member, $100; SN book around $35, depending where you find it to purchase. Sort of like giving money away, isn't it??

The older I get the tighter I am. Trying to figure a way to get the $40 membership fee back as I type. Speaking of books I just bought another Ed Muderlak book the "Old Reliable" and began reading it last night.
