This 1908 DH spent the first part of its life as a Pennsylvania grouse gun. It was a joy to to shoot a few quail with it some 40 plus years since it was last carried afield.

Thanks for posting this one even if it did make me tear up. The gun and the bird are wonderful but, the Britt was more than I could look at and not shed a tear as I lost my last Britt this past August. She was spoiled rotten, as imperious as a cat but god do I miss her.
