My entry to the Paper collector club

I have been looking at the below pictured Parker paper collection for some time and am very happy to have it home with me now. I learned a lot about paper with the help of Jeff Kuss. What a great resource who I look forward to meeting some day to further express my gratitude. A couple descriptions
Pic 1 and 2 are various catalogues with pic 4 having the original order form in the flying duck. Pic 6 1890 price list Pic 7 introduction of the Trojan Pic 15 letter to WRA barrel test dircussion W R King signed Pic 16 Letter to Sharps about cleaning rods I am posting this to help others and hopefully for other experts to contribute to my learning. A question, does anyone know why the statement "brass shells should never be used with nitro powder" is imprinted on a couple of the hang tags? |
