New gun owner

Hello I am a new parker gun owner and I am tring to figure out exactly what i have .
so far this is what i have come up with serial number is 44475 year 1884 Barrel weight is 3 12 Grade I am having a problem with it looks like a small y the letters LT and then a small d it is a Twist steel frame size is 1 any help would be appreciated. thank you David |
You have an "0" grade top lever Parker hammergun. It left the factory with 28" barrels and a capped pistol grip stock. After an inspection by a QUALIFIED gunsmith familiar with vintage doubles, can be shot with low pressure 2 1/2" shells such as RSTs or similar. Good luck and now you have Parker fever. Incurable and costly but worth it.

@$750.00 or so. Condition is everything. Looks like a good solid shooter. As with any vintage shotgun, the barrels are everything. All else can be fixed.

could anyone tell me where I could get the little screw the holds the hammer , one is missing on my gun.
