Hodgdon's website has a good number of them. You could also send him an email.

I can't offer you help for 3/4 oz loads with Longshot but my 20 gauge 7/8 oz of shot is with all Winchester components -- Winchester AA hull, wad, primer with 16.5 grains of Longshot. 9800 PSI and 1200 FP/S. This is on the Hodgdon website.

I have used Longshot in 12ga, 1 1/8 oz at 1550 fps. I used it for the second bird at international skeet stations 3,4,5. Kaboom with flames, crushed the bird though (and my shoulder). Get your squad mates attention too.
