Damascus 16's

A friend of mine sent me on a mission to help him find a straight stocked 16ga Damascus Parker. For the life of me, I never realized how few must have been made in this configuration until I started looking for him. For some reason, they are really hard to find.

Maybe we'll have one with a fishtail toplever for viewing at the Annual meeting! Let's see 'em guys!

A man's gotta have a dream. Hope your friends patient and has deep pockets.

Any straight grip lower grade gun is scarce. A Damascus smallbore in straight grip is a dream unless it is a high grade gun. When he finds one, tell him to get out the checkbook because the guy standing behind him has his check already filled out.

Josh,
Good luck with that search. I got lucky a few years ago but there are just not that many available.

Always said I'd rather be lucky than good!;)

Dear Former Owner of Larry's CH Bernard two-barrel two-gauge gun -

Larry really doesn't mean to 'rub salt in a wound' whenever he shows us that gun..... but he knows we love to see it each time

Dave Suponski 05-24-2010 02:28 PM

Oh yes he does.....Every single time.....

Dean Romig 05-24-2010 03:07 PM

Dave, in your avatar.... is that a gas operated Parker you're shooting that's spitting out the empties like that?
