Parker sightings yesterday
 

So my gang was at Rock Mtn here in PA yesterday for our regular Wednesday get together. I'm usually the only one shooting a SxS. But three Parker gents from the Stroudsburg area showed up with two 16 gauge Trojans, a VH 16 and a VH 410. I told them I'd post a pic here. Names are Bucky, John and Jesse. Of course I gave them the dope on Hausmann's and Mike's Northern SxS for next year. I had a Winny 21 yesterday and shot with my buds, but would have tried to set up an impromptu Parker-Fox challenge if I had a Fox with me. Ha! :whistle:

Hope they attend the Southern in April and go trading. Three more candidates for the L.C. Smith versus Parker competition.

Those gents were actually at our Northern SxS Challenge in September and spoke to some of the guys at the Parker booth. It was the first time they shot with us this week. When I gave them the safety talk, they said they were shooting 4 Parkers. I welcomed them with many exhortations and also said if they didn't have Fox guns, Parkers would be just fine!!! :). They'll be back. Nice thing is we have more and more vintage SxS guns on the course every week.
