NH Waterfowl - A good days take
Six geese (I lost count), one banded, all taken with Short Ten's, two Parkers (1 hammer gun and 1 hammerless) and my Lefever 10ga.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...psz0whutxv.jpg An excellent blind retrieve on a hen wood duck (1 of 5 taken by the three of us today). He is really responding well to voice commands this year :rotf: http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps7qfyagwi.jpg Todays tally was brought to you by Frank Cronin, Scott Kittredge and myself. |

You're right Pete, it was a great day! Couldn't ask for better weather and great shooting.

While sitting in the blind, all morning we saw quite a few crows in the sky. After the goose hunt, we figured it was also a good day to give those crows some Parker and Lefever medicine too....

We didn't manage much luck busting crows although Scott did hit one while we were walking out from our Woodie hunt.
All 20 gauges were used. Scott was equipped with his 30" VH, I used my LC Field grade with 30" barrels ejector gun, and Pete used a 20 gauge with a unusual barrel orientation.... |
