Question ?

In the " Parker Story " you can look up how many DH's or VH's were made with 28 Damascus barrels or 32 inch special steel barrels. You an figure out how guns were made with a certain barrel length. Is there any way to find out how many guns were made in a certain gauge in a certain frame size. Such as how many 12 PH's on 1 1/2 frame or how 12 DH's on a 1 frame or 16's on a 0 frame ? Dan

No. As I understand, Frame sizes were documented in some of the stock books, but not all. So there is no good way of trying to generate cumulative numbers.
I am sure that Chuck can share more info on this.

This was brought up a good while back and the answer is no. The factory records do not record frame size

"Light" or "heavy" or a specific weight range/gauge is how Parkers were made or ordered. Depending on that criteria alone is how the shop determined which frame size to use for a particular gun.
