gold inlaid muzzleloader

stop to check the wares of the gentleman I bought that nice little British 15 gauge from

he has uncovered another nice one- not like I need another muzzleloader

but thought a few here might enjoy the workmanship (cell phone pictures from in the shop- so not the best) The rib engraving is inlaid and there is another dog on the trigger bow. The maker is from Liege, but not exactly a JABC.

I did pick up a really sweet little day shot charger from the English maker Dixon. Check the quarter for size reference- where the normal sizes throw an 1 1/8 to 1 1/4 - this little pocket sized piece lets you chose from 1/2 - 5/8 or 3/4 oz loads of shot, now i need to find a similar sized powder flask to pair up with it
