Need screw and wedge stop/block for Ejector gun
 

For some unknown reason I have lost the wedge stop/block on the ejectors of my 12 gauge DHE.
The screw, badly munged, remains in place.
I need both the screw and the wedge stop/block.
Is anyone reproducing these?
Does anyone have one for sale including screw?

FYI, the screw for the stop plate is the same screw that retains the unhooking slide in the trigger plate. In case you may have a spare one hanging around. The trigger plate screw is a hair longer, but the threads and head size is the same.
