There was fact or rumor that the DHE I now own was worked on by del Greco. Is there a record available somewhere that could be researched to this fact or fiction? Its a DHE with a set of Vulcan marked barrels. Serial 97000.

Jim, I think you are asking if Larry DelGrego and Sons may have worked on it? All the Parkers are too young for el Greco to have have tinkered with them.:)

My understanding is that DelGrego keeps records by the name of the owner of the gun, not the serial number. If you don't know who sent the gun to them, don't bother to call.

So....97000 has no records Chuck?

Chuck is referring to the Del Grego repair records. The PGCA records are something else entirely. Look at the research letter section on the home page. As Chuck says, Del Grego records are by surname, not serial number.
