Serial # lookup 106128

Anyone to help with serialization book info much appreciated. SN is reportedly 106128. Talking long distance by phone and hoping to get photos to estimate condition and configuration. Meanwhile I have SN.

But there ARE surviving records on 106128 upon which to base a research letter.
