Value Question

First timer. Was bequeathed a 12ga side by side, serial #108227 grade "v". Was at Orvis store in Manchester, VT and saw a similar model 20ga built in ~1929 listed for $6,700. Pretty sure mine is 1901 - 1902 in near perfect condition. Slight wear on barrel where forehand grip is.

Can post pictures later (cant find spot with good lighting).

Not selling, but may insure it to be safe.

Cheers

Also, I shot it about 5 years ago after consulting a Parker aficionado about what load to use (low power, of course). Worked great.

there is a VERY large difference in the value of a 12 Vs a 20

Roger that. I suspected as much. I though it might be worth 2k or so

Pictures will help someone give you a good range for insurance
