New member with Parker parts
 

Greetings Gents,
I have a couple of Parker items I wish to inform the members of in hopes of re-uniting those parts with the rest of the guns.
I also have a DHE (serial # 191588) in 16 gauge with Damascus barrels. Sadly, those barrels were cut from an unknown original length to the present length of 24.375". Scorn and contempt for whomever did that!
I'll be posting the two Damascus 12 gauge barrels in the Lost and Found thread. These two barrel pairs appear to be original length. I'll check for the presence of keels at the muzzle end of the barrels when I get home this evening. I truly hope these barrels can be used by someone.
As for the DHE, it appears the serial number dates it to manufacture in 1920. I would like to get some more information about this gun, but I'm presently not interested in keeping it. Maybe I can find a new home for it.

I purchased the 24 3/8" barrel DHE 16 gauge Damascus gun from Dave Langley and am very pleased. I placed it in the leather trunk case I just purchased from Angel Cruz Ortiz. They are a great match. The DHE is a gem of a gun. Thanks, Dave.
