Does anyone know how many 12ga GH with #1 frames made?

Question in the title. I have a 12ga number 1 frame with 30" bbls, mod and imp choked, Damascus. Thanks for any information.

John, there is no way to know how many of each frame size were made. The only info we have for frame size is found in the last 5 or so stock books. By that time period, the 1 1/2 frame size was used most often for 12ga guns. Certainly a 1 frame is not uncommon.

I would think thousands of Damascus 12 gauge GH guns were made on the 1-frame.

I just acquired a circa 1891 GH 12 gauge Damascus that's on a #1 frame . This gun is 28" IC/IC and appears to be uncut .

I really like1 frame twelve gauges. One of my favorite Parkers is a GH on 1 frame
