Here is a new purchase that I am proud of. Does anyone know what grade to call it?
Thanks, Ken |

Looks like a good find. Nice strong engraving on that one. The A grades had damascus barrels. B grades had twist.
10ga? Big balls on that one. I've been looking for a nice Baker for a bit. Our own Mr. Dudley has a pretty nice looking 16ga Folsom-era Baker that has just appeared on the 'broker. Fantastic colors, if anyone is interested. Very tempting gun. |
Thanks! The barrels are 12 gauge Damascus 32inches

"Best London Damascus Twist" was found on Baker B grades and an occasional A grade, as well as Lefever H grades, and L.C. Smith Maker Baker guns
