Found this site yesterday looking for info on gun just given to me. It's a 1901 VH 12ga, 3lb14oz barrels, #2 frame, Ser# 105xxx. Two conditions were, stays in family and get it operating again. So here I am. Stock is cracked, can it be repaired? Need replacement butt plate, pad was put on but stock was not cut. All numbers match. Anyone know of reputable gunsmith qualified to repair this gun in central florida? Thanks!

Welcome to the site Leonard.
I do not have much info for your particular Parker but some pictures would help. Additionally, I have spoken with Brian Dudley and he is the person that I am sending my Parker to for the repairs. I also recently joined the PGCA Membership and it was the best money I have spent on an association membership |
Thanks Arthur. I was on Brian's site, once I take some pitures of the gun I will contact him. Want to clean it first to prevent any further deteriorization and allow better pictures of the cndition.

See my album for pics of gun. Want to restore to point where gun is safe to shoot and deterioration is haulted. Hoping stock can be repaired, plan to get dents taken out of barrels. May have broken firing pin, was told on one side fires. Would like to be able to take with me to camp when I go turkey hunting.
