Very High Stock Dimensions

1 Attachment(s)
While perusing one of the firearms listing sites. I came across this DH grade. Look at the stock dimentions on that!!! Practically 0" drop.
It actually looks like the trigger plate and upper tang is bent up.
I may contact the seller for the S/N out of sheer curiosity.

Brian, An earlier gun going by the safety button.

Just my own thought here... upon lifting the trigger guard it wouldn't surprise me if there were no serial number stamped there. Just my HO.

Among other things, the wood looks nothing like Circassian walnut which was used on a pre-1917 Grade 3 Parker.

Reminds me of Mike Jennings' shaping from the bench at Fajen, Inc. Good craftsman and stock maker.

I handled a 16 gauge a few years ago that went to Eric Eis which had similar dimensions. It was all original and as high a Parker as I've ever seen from the factory. Remember that one Eric?

Yes Destry that was a 16 ga DHE and the stock was setup like a trap stock, never did get a letter on that gun.
