Help please

I am your classic "inherited" Parker shotgun owner. The only number I can find is 122 on the barrel lug, top of water table, side of water table, inside of watertable(?), removable stock embedded in the wood and the metal slider that secures the stock. The rib says Parker bro makers Meriden conn laminated steel. On the top of the stock behind the hammers is patented nov 13 1866(?). Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like a real .early parker serial number..bt the serial number it would be number 122 made at the plant...would be a low grade gun by the use of the laminated steel barrel.. please get us some good pictures of the gun..theres some folks here that can definetly tell you what you got...but i believe you have no 122 built... charlie

yes - clear pictures of the gun - locks, underside of back of the barrels, the water table (the flat area of the action where the bottom of the barrels rest) and any other markings would help identify it
