Parts is parts

:bowdown:Spent the day with the best gunsmith west of the Atlantic.
Various and sundry pistol tweaks as well as a clean and inspect on a Parker.
DHE 20 in pieces. Reassembled with no leftovers.

I thought this was most interesting.
Was it a factory practice to date stamp this type of work?
Can't decipher the cryptic notations.

That workbench looks veeeery familiar..... or do all the best gunsmiths have similar workbenches??

I'm not a gunsmith, and certainly not the best one west of the Atlantic, but if I was I sure wouldn't have metal pieces lying against one another so's they could get even more scratches on them. Especially not pieces that show once the gun is assembled, such as the top lever.

No matter how often you clean a bench, it looks like that after a few days again.
