information re John Kilgore

Many years ago (40 or so) I had a friendship with John Kilgore from the Los Angeles area...an ongoing correspondence from which I retained a series of wonderful letters. Several of my best small-bore Parkers came from John, and he came to the midwest to visit me on occasion (and to quail hunt). Events in my life occasioned the failure of contact, but I wonder what happened to him. Any information would be greatly appreciated as he was/is certainly an historic figure re Parkers. Thank you for any help. jack

In reply to responder: John was a retired school teacher and around 65-70 in the early 1970s...a very prominent figure in Parkers (mentioned in several texts and stories)
