And You Thought Your Wife Never Listens

My wife, a prolific baker, gave me this idea, to keep the ever present shot and powder spills where I can easily clean them up. My $35 mini vacuum picks it all back up, and my loading area stays tidy.
The cookie sheet is sandwiched in between the press and the bench. The raised lip keeps the wads on the right, and hulls on the left, from rolling around |
She should tidy up your basement

A good shot spill and they can still bounce out. Ask me how I know! I cut up a thin yoga mat cut up on top of the tray and lift it up for cleanup.
|
I have a similar setup, except that I have a 4" x 4" hole cut in the tray and the bench such that the loaded shells fall into a drawer

So does Chuck

So cookie sheets are sacred, do not touch, in my household, guess I would have to get my own!!!:rotf:

I used a vinyl food tray like you get at Wendys or Mickey D's. Got it from the dollar store years ago.

The "Container Store" will supply you with every knick knack for your loading room you could ever imagine. The dollar store may be cheaper.
