Looking for advice 1907 parker
Hello,
I have inherited this parker from a grandfather who has recently passed away. This SN is 144328. The stock was at some point cracked in half and then disassembled and never put back together. I would love to work on getting it back together but want to make sure whatever stock I buy is correct, and going to be appropriate for the firearm. I'm near Cleveland Ohio and so far have not been able to find anyone with much knowledge on the parker model shotguns. Any help is greatly appreciated! |
Joseph you may not need to buy a new stock at all. There are some wood magicians among us that can work magic. I would suggest that you post some pictures of your gun and the membership can comment from there.

You gun is a 0 grade with Plain Twist Barrels and should be 30" in length 12 gauge Condition of the bores is a key for your project What town are you in?

I suspect there are several stockers who can put that back together for a LOT less money than a new stock

How is the trigger guard and the frame was it damaged. From what I see this repair/ restock will far exceed the value of the gun it, The comb has had a riser spliced on too. Good luck hope you are able to shoot the old gal someday.
