Extra 28 ga barrels

Anyone know where a person could find a set of 26” barrels for sale? And how much do they normally bring?

The best and probably cheapest way to get a set of 26" barrels is to buy a two barrel set and sell the gun with 28" barrels. A one barrel 28" gun sells for almost as much money as a two barrel set.

If you aren't aware, here's a set, once part of a 2-bbl. set, currently available:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/31411900103...Bk9SR7CVhIzhYA

I would expect a set of 28ga. 26" Repro barrels in high condition go for about $2000, give or take a couple of hundred bucks.

I saw those thanks

You’re not likely to find a cheaper set unless two bidders get crazy.

That's the kind of ebay deal where you get on the site and, depending upon how fast your connection is, at the 10 - 7 seconds left mark, put in a bid that is 2-3 times what you think any sane person would pay for the item and hope you're right and take whatever you get. I've gotten a LOT of stuff on ebay using that method. Never bid on something that you just have to have until there's just seconds left when there isn't time for anyone to top you.... and they will try. The less time you give them, the less chance they have of catching up. Electrons are only so fast.

I ve also done that before but got hung with a set of leupold binoculars that was worth $150. I bid 299.99 an they had a program that locked my bid in at that price. So guess what i got hung with an odd bid

Arkrunner, I have never heard of such a trap. Unless, unless, someone else had the same idea and also bid in the stratosphere. Legh, what's your price?

legh higgins 09-06-2022 09:51 AM

price 1650.00
