Question on Private messaging

I have a question on Private messaging. I use to be able to read the history of my Private messaging. For example someone might contact me concerning an item for sale and we would have multiple messages sent back and forth. When ai would click on my in box I could see the messaging string.
Now it seems if I get a response back I just see that response and no history of our conversations. I must go back and forth between the in box and out box to get the history.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue. Possibly I changed a setting?

I suspect John Dunkle will come on and abswer your question Phil. John is probably the only person in the PGCA who knows all the ins and outs of our website.

Thank you Dean. I might be just doing something wrong.
Headed out deer hunting will check with MR Dunkle when I return.

I just checked and I’m still getting the message tree. I didn’t see any way to change it back and forth. If John gives an answer I’d be interested in hearing it.

One possible explanation, is when the sender is replying to you, he may delete the previous message, and, while still replying, is only sending new info. I do this some time, because they get so long, and sometimes aren't parsed in order.

Thank you Edgar.

Hi Phil,
This is what Mr Dunkle stated.

This makes sense to me.

I think it may be how folks reply? For example - I left in the quoted text below - so you should see your original PM...

BUT - if you reply to a PM - then it's not part of a message thread, but rather in your Sent PMs. Nothing has changed on my end in that regard and it shouldn't matter regardless of the browser you are using?

Phil, I have had the same problem. I cant find my sent replies, even though I remember sending them.
