Their website says the 50 target events for large bore guns will be on the upper course at the top of the hill. Can anybody confirm that? That course was closed due to fracking at the NE SxS Classic this past June.

The small bore course was ridiculously hard this year, and usually is my favorite.
Unfortunately, have a family vacation planned during that time so will be unable to attend.

I believe the level of difficulty discouraged a fair number of shooters who would have otherwise shot more rounds on it.

It did that for me! In our group of 6 shooters( some of which have made the Parker team before) 1 target was broken at one station--thats 36 shots with only 1 broken target.

I'll pass on the feedback on the difficulty level. We do try to make sure the courses are fun for the Vintage Gunners Cup.

The upper course will require a little re-routing, I am told, due to fracking operations, but it will be in use and remain largely intact. ----Matt

I was told the small bore course in June was set up to be like grouse shots . To each his own with the 20 gauge I barely broke HALF . I was not enthused ! However everyone had to shoot the same targets so it is what it is . I will say the year before on the previous smallbore course I broke 40+ and this newer course that's up above the skeet field it wasn't the same for darn sure .

Any word on where the shoot will be held in 2023?
