Monday Dinner !

Brought out two venison tenderloin seasoned with Cajun seasoning cooked two minutes a side in a cast iron skillet using Crisco . Also fried some potatoes seasoned with the same Cajun stuff but cooked in Wesson canola oil , tossed salad and a couple pieces of Longhorn cheese . Was rather tastey so as you might assume none was leftover :whistle:

That was both the inner tenderloin of one deer . She wasn’t large :rotf:

That's called tender, tenderloin, or...baby tenderloin.

I’ve had the fish out of several deer that were done in , in Wayne and Monroe counties . :cool:
