Parker Gun Club watch Fob

Do any of you gentlemen have an original?
David

George M. Purtill 12-01-2012 04:52 PM

I have never seen one- original or otherwise.

Bill Murphy 12-05-2012 08:49 AM

I'm not familiar with them. It would be a rare item.

Book 2 Pg 455
A couple of us have old railroad watches and would like to replicate a Parker Gun Club watch fob

George M. Purtill 12-05-2012 03:00 PM

Great idea.
How about we replicate the whole club?
Real estate is priced right in Meriden.
Suponski could live there if we give him a generator.

David Dwyer 12-05-2012 03:07 PM

Great Idea!!!
We can get the polock a "unibomer cabin" outhouse and generator
and he can wax poetic like COB!!

Dave Suponski 12-05-2012 03:27 PM

Gee thanks guy's....Nice to see your thinkin of my welfare.........I think.. Will the outhouse be heated?

Destry L. Hoffard 12-11-2012 12:38 AM

The only things I've ever seen were membership buttons and some paperwork from the Meriden Gun Club. I know it was called Parker early on but I've never laid eyes on a single piece marked that way.

Thanks Destry. I met with Bill Mullins last week and he remembered seeing two,one in a collection in Meridan and one up there in Michigan?. The fellow who had one in CT has since died.
David

Rich Anderson 12-11-2012 09:25 AM

Poetic???:vconfused: Rich Flanders already has the outhouse.

Gary Carmichael Sr 01-07-2013 10:49 AM

My question! is the outhouse a one holer or two?

KCordell 01-07-2013 12:19 PM

I have been looking for one (parker watch fob...not an outhouse :-) ) for years. Does anyone have a picture of one?

David Dwyer 01-07-2013 02:31 PM

There is a pretty good picture in TPS. The guy who had one sold it and I can not find it
