Hi my name is Andy Kelley and I have just joined this wonderful association. I have a lot to learn and I look forward to meeting the membership at various gatherings. Most of my guns are British although I currently own three Parkers which I shoot and hunt with.On a personal note ,I am retired have a wife and three sons who also shoot. Am also a Viet Nam vet and served with the 5 th Special Forces .Hope my questions on the forum bring into question my sanity or bore anyone to death.

C.O.B what years were you in Bad Tolz. My team sgt. was there for many years since he married a German girl .He was a Korean war vet.too served in a leg inf. unit during Korea then went SF. His name was John R. McLaughlin on the off chance you knew him.

I was very fortunate in that I never had to leave the USA:) I just missed the first sand box conflict in 1971 also. When I was in the military I didn't care for it at all, now I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. A young man can learn alot by serving a few years in our armed forces. Now I wished I had stayed as I would have a pension and health care. hindsight is always crystal clear.
