I can easily drive to your house tonight... I'll be there in fifty minutes. If you're in bed by the time I arrive just leave it in the garage before you turn in... I know how to get into your garage... *did you ever wonder why you thought you had more gas in the white Porsche?*

Dave Suponski 05-31-2012 09:04 PM

:whistle::whistle::whistle:

John Dunkle 05-31-2012 09:26 PM

Oh sorry - I was off-line gathering my cameras and photo equipment....

Hey Dean - you can also take the Porsche..? Pick the white one - it still has most of the gas you left from last time??? Which - of course - means IT IS EMPTY!!!! :eek:

Can't wait to see what you can take with the camera!! And remember - be gentle with it - as I borrowed it from Scott a coupl'a years ago.. (Thanks Scott!! ;) )

And oh - just like Tom Bodett and Motel 6....

I'll leave the lights on for you..... ;)

:cheers:

John- the only D grade hammer I saw for sale at HHH was a 32" #5 frame 8 bore John Allgood had on his table for $9500.

I was there yesterday morning and enjoyed meeting the Parker people from this board who were there and many other old friends and aquaintances. Weather was great Saturday. Wish I was a clay shooter but would have been embarrassed by my skill level so I didn't shoot.
Lots of nice guns!!! The one I wanted to buy got scooped up by Tony Galazan. It was a 16G damascus GH that Steven Cobb had. I went to my car to check the Serialization Book, came back with my tools for measurement and Steven told me it was gone. What a bummer-it was my kind of gun-99.5% and all original untouched-a time capsule gun.
One other caught my eye but my pocketbook was shy of the $35,000 price tag Steve Barnnet had on it. It was an Ithaca grade 4E NID 410 with single trigger and vent rib in very high original condition.

Other sites are saying good things about the shoot. I look forward to hearing from some more of our guys and maybe looking at a picture or two once folks get home and settled over the next few days.

This was a fairly good gun and except for the issue just forward of the front trigger plate screw, would have sold at the asking price.
