Does anyone have a low pressure 20 gauge load for Remington or Winchester hulls? Thanks, Tom

Tom, I have some data for the 20ga, do you any preference on shot weight, wad and primer?

I also would like some information on 20 ga low pressure. I shoot a lot of skeet. The 7/8 oz of shot . I shoot mostly winchester AA hulls

If anyone has a 20 gauge low pressure load using the Remington STS hull, I would love to have it. I have a good low pressure load using the 2-1/2" RST/Cheddite hull. asphaltdave@comcast.net

Would you gentlemen please forward me your low pressure 20 ga loads. I have a twist Ithaca flues that I need to load for and my son won a 20ga single shot Youth Rossi at the DU banquet. I shot a factory Rem shell out of this thing and it pounded the crap out of me. I then tried a RST 7/8oz load and wasn't a whole lot better. A low pressure 7/8oz for the flues and a really low recoil 3/4oz recipie for the boys would be nice.

I don't know how they expect kids to shoot that gun with factory loads. It is even chambered in 3" ....it can't weigh much over 5.5 lbs...:shock:

In 20's I shoot 3/4 oz of shot with a AA clone wad over 12gr Int'l ignited by a Win 209. Runs out to 9000psi and its certainly low recoil. Speed runs about 1150 if I remember right and works fine on targets, quail and dove. The Int'l burns clean. The load is from the Hodgdon manual.

17 grains of 800X under 7/8 oz shot.

800 X is very slow burning, (hence, low pressures) but it is dirty.
