Just subscribed. Pleased to know it’s back! Thanks for the heads up, Dean.

Are the Cote's involved? If so, to what extent?
|
Yes they are fully involved as co-publishers.

I realize it's a digital world out there. I just think about the excitement I felt whenever I saw a new DGJ in my mailbox; opening it up was like receiving a gift, and I'm not sure seeing something come up on my computer will give me the same feeling or the same level of enjoyment. But maybe I'll come around; who knows?
|
Same feelings here Phil.

I subscribed today too. I prefer old school hard copy too, but I’m willing to give digital a try.
|
The duck hunting sequence was amazing.

Can't bring myself to do it yet. I can't even read a digital newspaper. I had a Kindle, threw the damn thing away. That being said there are nicely produced outdoors paper periodicals that I think are total crap I won't read either. I'm going to wait to see what folks say after reading this digital release.

I would like to see the format. I don't need to see old DGJ articles republished in digital format. New material would be most welcome and I would consider writing articles again if there will be compensation for contibutors. Good luck I hope it works.
|
Craig I think the approach they’re taking is someone will read the old articles. That’s something I can’t do without losing focus but want them to succeed so I’ll end up subscribing. First class video work if not a bit contrived. But what else do we have?
