The Chuckles Special
5 Attachment(s)
Made the deal with Mr.Bishop before we went to Hausemann’s and picked it up there . An EH factory original 28” that’s consecutive serial number to the EH 28” I already had . Both left the factory the same day shipped to the same place . Sadly this one had a pad added before I acquired it , the pad was caved in so it has a KickEez now . With comb risers it oughtta be fine for the Koneski Grouse Walk next month with 1 or 1 1/8 ounce loads .

Only because I know you will take it well Craig,
A gun with that elegance really needed an orange pad:whistle: Just Saying for a Friend:p |
Let me get this straight. You are planning on doing the grouse walk with a 10ga?

Just saying... grouse hunting and 10ga aren't even in the same zip code.:nono:

Are they 2 frame 10's?

You guys don't know what your missing, a 2 frame 10ga with 1oz loads and 28" barrels open chokes is a fine upland gun. Craig is just ahead of the times.

There were many grouse killed with a 10. I have no clue about a "grouse walk."
1 1/8 oz. of shot is 1 1/8 oz of shot -- through a 12 or a 10...and the shot column would be shorter in the 10. I like the idea of a 2 frame 10. Good shooting, Craig! |

Don't let'em razz you Craig. I shoot high flying Whitewing Doves with a 2 frame 10 gauge. Get one of our hot, windy South Texas afternoons and the birds are high and fast out comes the 10, some 1 1/4 loads, and some 30" barrels. That'll put birds on the ground for your dog and the "Girly Men" with their 28's get a lesson and fetch my refreshments!

! I’ll give it to him though after I dropped the bird he clapped his hands . I might add that pheasant was a good 40+ yards up in the air . |
