Hello everyone, I am fairly new to Parker's and came across this great forum and association on the internet and am grateful I found it! My grandfather has passed down his collection of Parker's to my brother and I over Christmas and it created a fascinating new hobby for me. I plan on enjoying these shotguns as much as my Grandfather has. I enjoy partaking in fly fishing and hunting in my free time. I will also be attending the upcoming Southern side by side classic held in Sanford, and look forward to meeting you fellows! I also look forward to becoming a PGCA member soon, and continuing to learn from such knowledgeable individuals!

Welcome to the club! Since you are going to the Southern in April you should also plan to attend the PGCA Annual Meeting. It is a banquet, gun show, silent auction and award ceremony all rolled into one. Tickets must be purchased in advance. It’s fun to put faces to names and this is a great event to do that.

BTW, Friday at the Spring Southern is Hawaiian Shirt Friday. All the cool Parker shooters wear them. :cool:

I thought every day was Hawaiian shirt day for you. We'll have to bring our Rock Mountain Jimmy Buffett Memorial Hats

Cheers from the great white north Canada, Eh!). I just joined myself. I am a fellow fly fisherman and can't wait to tie my first pheasant tail nymph from a pheasant I shot with my grandad's Parker. If I manage to catch a trout it'll be prefect.

It doesn't get much better than that! Nice to meet you Rick!
