SPRING SOUTHERN SMITH-PARKER CHALLENGE EVENTS
 

'Tis the season! The annual trek to NC to officially mark the end of our long Northern winter is soon here. Let's get tuned up and keep the Challenge Cup where it belongs, with the PGCA!! Let's also win the 20, 16 and Hammer Challenges, or at least 2 out of those 3. Here are the rules for the Challenge events. As Marvin Gaye sang, "Let's get it on!!"

Well, Mike beat me to it. I hope to see a bunch of you all there! It is the 25th Anniversary of the Spring Southern and Ed Strickland has some special stuff planned.

Mills, be fast or be last!!

Hats and pins for the Smith-Parker Challenge are in. We changed up the hat design this year to keep things interesting. The pins remain the same but a different color.

Looks like temps will be between 50 and 70 the whole time with no rain and mostly sunny skies. Long time attendees know the weather has not always been good to us.

We will be up Thursday and look forward to seeing everyone! This should be a great Southern!

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings , but I’ve never been to Sanford that there wasn’t precipitation of some kind . While I hope the weather forecast is correct I just wouldn’t be surprised .

But your question on RST being in attendance, I checked their website and under events, the June shoot at Hausman's is listed, unfortunately not the Southern.

A call to them would probably give you a definite answer, I wish we would see them attend again.
