Best compared with a Herter's genuine fruitcake

That is wild!

The same seller has a couple of model-21's listed on GB with the same lofty descriptions & prices on guns with similar issues to this Parker.
Just another example of a fishing expedition looking for that uninformed fish to take the bait. In this case it may be an uninformed dealer who took the bait:shock::rotf: Take a look at this stunning gentleman's SxS https://www.gunbroker.com/item/981928763 |
I often find myself bewildered how this type of seller can end up with an average review of A+ and only one negative remark in the past 12 months? The entire description is hearsay beyond the stated factual information of the PGCA letter; and as Paul pointed out, plenty of their listings are overpriced hearsay. I suppose none of it is verifiably false, but surely none of it is verifiably true. The assessment of condition is a bit of a stretch to say the least....

The good reviews are probably from his other accounts

The gun is on consignment by a retired bank robber.
|
But he spins a nice yarn.
|
We can only hope that the seller is "one of a kind".... :p
