URGENT: MONKEYPOX TESTING at HAUSMANN's

Due to the traditionally oversized crowd that assembles (cheek to jowl) at the AHFCA's Bo-Whoop/Baby-Whoop/Letterman SBT station, the Fox Collector's thought it prudent to institute a mandatory Monkeypox screening for all shooters and spectators. The test is rapid, safe, painless and 99.8% accurate, so please, spare us the grumbling or political conspiracy rhetoric. All that's required is to exhale 3x on a small, mirror-like sample plate. A negative result will appear like the picture below and you're good-to-go!

A positive result will yield a variation of this:

and probably best to just kiss your A$$ goodbye. :banghead:

5 days and counting.....see you at The Hollow boys!!! :bigbye::bigbye:

Also please leave your cowbells with the Mountain boy. The only bell the Fox nation knows is the winner's bell.

Lord knows Fox Nation has stood behind the winners when that bell rang clean and true. Just sayin' for a friend.

Dean, I think Mr. Fox-in-the Henhouse will be doing some puckering up for jowl to cheek action. :corn:

I understand that Scott Kittredge will be donating a dead mount for the Team Lefever trophy for Hausmann's shoot this year.

Lefever shot very well and deserved the win. Congrats to the Team and those who enlisted shooters to try out for it.

I believe this was a predictable WIN with the concept of 3 random shooters per 5 person team, and compounded by those who'd already left HH when their names were drawn and also with some who declined to do the shoot-off, hence additional picks came out of the hat.

Who can name another gun maker shooting competition where teams are comprised of the top two qualifiers and a draw of three names from a hat? Surely that concept was done with good intentions but really, it’s easily "outfoxed". Nuff said. Hopefully we’ll go back to a typical shooting team selection that's based on the 5 top scores during the qualifier.

Anyone want to propose that random draw concept for the LC Smith/Parker Challenge Teams at the Southern? :rotf:

For the time the Cup is displayed at The Rock, I will keep a tanned red fox pelt in it!!! Thanks for the idea Scott!!!

I’ll post a pic when it’s ready.

Well . . . did Mike of the Mountain test positive?

Bill Murphy 06-06-2022 10:55 AM

Mike test positive?? It reminds me when I went for my ETS physical in the U.S. Army in 1969. I approached the front of the line for shots and told the physician that I felt pretty good and would like to forgo the shots. He asked me if I was "short" and I said "Yes, about one month short". He waved me through the line and congratulated me on my "short" status.

Mills Morrison 06-06-2022 11:02 AM

When the trip got canceled, Mills asked me if Pennsylvania tested positive. I think he and I were looking forward to it the most

Arrrrrgh, damn Hausmann's paparazzi......

Contrary to popular belief, MM Mike and I get along swimmingly. He has the utmost respect for my target reading/crushing abilities ("Helen Keller swatting black flies") and I hold the same for his staunch, liberal views and his "I Love Nancy Pelosi" hoodies. :bigbye::bigbye:
