Hausmann's Tent Display June 2022
 

The theme for the PGCA tent display at Ernie's for the upcoming shoot will be "MY FAVORITE PARKER". All PGCA members and even non-members are invited to display your favorite Parker. No guides pertaining to gauge, grade, double or single barrel or anything other than it must be your "Favorite Parker". I have created a display card that we can affix to each gun. A copy of the card created for one of our members for his gun is attached for your viewing pleasure. The sample may or may not be entirely accurate in terms of information contained however it is accurate in format displayed. If you would be so kind as to drop me a line at randy@hsiagency.com or send me a PM with the info on your gun I will prepare the card. It can be as simple as grade, gauge, etc., possibly a short comment why it is your favorite Parker and include your name or not. One thing I have noticed in the tent is that folks are continually inquiring as to "who owns that gun". If you do choose to put your name on the card my hope is that it will allow attendees to identify the owner and create some dialog with them thereby generating additional interest and certainly sharing the vast knowledge of the PGCA membership. Adding your name or not is your decision. Also feel free to bring any other Parker memorabilia along for display, all items welcomed with space permitting.

As in the past the PGCA will provide the tables, covers, and the racks. We will do our best to be certain that no guns are left behind each evening but ultimately that responsibility will fall upon the owner. Looking forward to hearing from some of you with display guns and also to seeing some old friends again. If the weather Gods could only be so kind as to treat us well like they did for the Southern. That's the spirit Edgar. Please do read the fine print about the sample card in that post before you walk too far. I would hate for you to be disappointed :)

I think I remember it Rich. A wonderfully executed upgrade of a VH 20. Might you consider bringing it to the tent ? I can see how that could be your favorite Parker easily.

Thats the gun. I'll see what room I have I'm at 7 guns now and Eric is bringing 5 so we'll see.
