Rich Anderson, Rich Flanders, Eric Eis and myself indulged in a farm hunt on Wednesday. We had a great time regardless of the wind and spooky birds. There were certainly moments of great dogwork.
Picture 1 : Rich Anderson the Hen killer... Picture 2 : Rich and Rich pulling porky quills from Crazy Daisy Picture 3 : Flanders the Rooster killler (we won't mention the Linder Daly here) Picture 4 : Eric and Crazy Daisy Picture 5 : Recently restocked CHE 20 Picture 6 : Eric and Majic |

I was thinkin' Crusty Old Bas***d :D
|
Either one works......:rotf:
|
How did you get that dog to stick its nose out that hole so you could pull the quills out?
|
Rich is holding a piece of beef jerky under her nose.... I bet she didn't stick her nose out there a second time!!
|
Dean you are correct... but it took more then one piece before Rich got that quill out.. Eric
C.O.B- I agree with both Dave and Dean on the name.... |
It was actually Kurts venison pepper stick and very good..... worked on the dawg too...
|
It was Mr. Suponski AKA Old Pollock who came up with Crusty Old B&^%ard:rotf: I didn't think of anything better so there it it.
Daisy was good about the quill as it wasn't much of a piece. Those are remnants from a weekend in mid October. |
:bigbye: Yup I did it and a fitting moniker I might add...
