Here's one marked... Shot on one side..Powder on the other.. No number..Measures 3/4" across..This one is stamped...Parker-Bros. ..on the bottom..

Good example. I have more of an idea now.

I have one of those and was thinking of what to do with it.

i use one of these to measure shot with in my handloads...very accurate....charlie

The Union Hardware Co. of Torrington, Ct. made these powder and shot measures

The large one is totally unmarked as to maker. The small one is marked B.G.I. Co. Pat. Feb. 25, 1890.

Here is the two types of handles. I believe they were made by BGI. You could buy a cheap BGI measure and silver solder the handle on.
