Number

Well this is a DH capped pistol factory two barrel gun 30” and 26”.

Scott Gentry 07-11-2018 12:04 PM

Also Damascus

Joe Dreisch 07-11-2018 12:11 PM

I just double checked the book. 130941- T13,H,2,S,12,32
Is this the correct serial number?

Scott Gentry 07-11-2018 12:14 PM

It is, checked every where a number was visible on gun and both barrels and forends.
Is there a two barrel gun close to this number? They were human.

Joe Dreisch 07-11-2018 12:54 PM

Scott,
130940 shows D3,H, 1,C, 12, 26
Damascus grade3, Hammerless, extra barrels, capped pistol grip, 12 ga., 26"
This sounds more like the gun in question...

Scott Gentry 07-11-2018 12:57 PM

That’s her, they were just one number off. Baybe it was lunch time.

Thanks.

Dean Romig 07-11-2018 01:24 PM

Maybe it was the girls who key-punched the data from the original records in preperation for the Serialization Book.....

Don't blame the "girls". I think the OP gave us the wrong number. How about ordering a letter on such a rare gun? Would the OP admit that he gave us a bogus number? No big deal, just trying to document this particular gun.

Bill Murphy 07-11-2018 05:24 PM

Baybe it was lunch time?? When I ask for information, I usually type accurately or request a letter. A letter is the better option. I would love to own that gun. In any other forum we would be accused of DAB.

Scott Gentry 07-11-2018 05:43 PM

Gun is mine now and will be getting letter. Other extra on gun is checked Cheek’s, and yes they appear factory and not a camo job for a pin. Hope letter mentions it.
30” .040x.040. 26” .00x .010,

How do I request letter since numbers are off?

Dean Romig 07-11-2018 05:47 PM

Send a PM to Chuck Bishop explaining the snafu and he'll likely accomodate you.
