Yes, probably cut. There is no "bar" on the rib at muzzle. The marks on the watertable are
somewhat different as shown below:

Sorry, marks are on barrel flats. I believe the D is for Damascus and 3 with superscript 4 is unstruck bbl weight. The 4 above the D may relate to the Damascus. I don't know what the C denotes.

It refers to the barrels being 4-iron crolle Damascus.

1 frame Mills. I'm at $500.00 now and with buyers premium not going much more

Mills, the frame size on lug was 0. There was a slight play in hinge and butt plate had been repaired at heel with brass or copper pins. $ 375 was my limit: it sold for 550.
