we still have a country
HOORAH,HOORAH,HOORAH
Congratulations to all of us.
Yeah, Team!
Gentlemen,
It seems the Second Amendment is safe. That stated, please do not let this thread turn into a political discussion. That would not be allowed on the PGCA forum. Issues are okay to discuss, politics are not. The difference between them isn't much. Thank you all in advance for you cooperation, Mark |
God bless America.
The Republic still stands. Thank you God!!
Our constitution is still considered sacred thank god
I was glad to be wrong in my prediction!
Sort of gives a whole new meaning to "the heartbeat of America", doesn't it? Vox Populi rules!!!
A couple of hoorahs for a marine lets the thread live. Thank you.
Very good luck to our new President in his search for a new America.
Watching the protests in the streets as I write. Obviously no job to go to tomorrow, or sad they will have to pay that tuition bill like the rest of us have/had to. They want a "do-over" they say.:cuss:

Driving in to work this morning, there was a rainbow--a sure sign from God that he approves.
Like a very wise man said, when America needs a warrior he provides us one. Prayers answered
Have fatih in democracy, it does work. The people have spoken.

AMEN! Maybe I will get to go to a few more gun shows now, thanks for your help NRA! Gary

It just felt like to me that the country was progressing to a area it wasn't designed for. When I was a child everyone seemed to have values and respect for each other. Not so today. Wednesday it felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders and I was looking forward to the next day. I'm not sure what the future holds, but at least I feel the country has a chance to regain it's footing and return to what our founding fathers intended it to be. God bless America.
Paul, you expressed my feelings as well. I will join you by feeling the same weight lifted and the hope that good moral values and respect of America may again be common place. But those values and respect may take some time, at least until the younger generation in this country learn that everyone doesn't get a trophy and hard work is required to succeed in life. I was taught quite the opposit by my father, he told me that when I got knocked down to get back up and try harder.

I'm a happy camper and have a renewed positive outlook for the country I love.
With that said: What I really feel when I check in here is a big grateful thank you to all my fellow PGCA forum members who frequent this site. Through all of this we were able to keep the discussions gun based for the most part and the politics part at bay. It was really nice to have a safe internet haven to tune in too and think about Parkers & my other hunting pursuits. I'm very proud of all those here & want you all to know how much you helped me get through the last year plus. Now lets get back to talking Parkers !!! |
Do you understand how an Amendment is either made or repealed?
There is hope the one thing we have again. Thank you Americans that still have the right values. Wonder if any of the idiots have left to Canada o they did not keep their word so typical. I think they should get a fire truck after those sore losers. ch

I'm glad it ended up the way it did but we would be mistaken to believe we are out of the woods. No one president. Can get us completely out of this mess. It took generations to get here and it will take generations to get out. The bad thing is none of us are safe when Washington is in control.

Not since the 1981 inauguration of Ronald Reagan has America had such reason for optimism. Nonetheless, Mr. Clemens had a point:
